Another two thousand words today and I've learned part of what Julia does for a living.
Usually one starts a work knowing all about one's protagonist. But with the NANO novel this is not necessary. And such revelations are what makes writing fun.
November is National Novel Writing Month. Otherwise sane persons attempt to write a 50,000 word novel in one month. Yours truly is participating again this year.
